Getting Immediate Help
Your best first stop for getting help is to contact your local group volunteer moderator. You will find a "Contact Box" at the top of each local group on Freecycle.org (regardless of whether the group is located on site or is a Yahoo Group). You must be logged in to access this box. Otherwise, for general support, please write the central general info email address . For specific technical support issues related to Freecycle.org, please write My Freecycle Support . Remember that all support addresses are run by volunteers and allow time accordingly for them to respond. :-)
