ARCHIVOS – Carta de Despedida para Nuevos Socios

A veces es una buena idea sondear a tus socios para descubrir los motivos de su partida. Podría ser algo tan simple como una mudanza, pero quizás existen temas subyacentes que necesitan ser solucionados.

Aquí hay algunos ejemplos que puedes utilizar para tus archivos respecto a las Cartas de Despedida para tus socios de Freecycle(R). Simplemente copia y pega… ¡y siéntete a gusto para editarlas de la manera en que te parezca necesaria!

Reemplaza todas las referencias XXX con el nombre de tu grupo local.

Ejemplo #1 – Carta de Despedida – Grupos en el Sitio

¡Querido Antiguo Socio de Freecycle.org[R]!

Ciertamente nos entristece verte dejar el grupo. ¿Existe algo que podamos hacer para cambiar tu decisión? ¡Si nos permites conocer el motivo de tu partida, nos encantaría la oportunidad de ayudar!

Si estabas recibiendo demasiados emails, queremos asegurarnos que sepas que tienes la opción de modificar la frecuencia en que recibes los mensajes. Si te gustaría intentar alguna de esas opciones, por favor vuelve a unirte a My.Freecycle.org y realiza las modificaciones apropiadas en tus configuraciones. Dirígete a la pestaña Mis Grupos, haz un clic en el menú desplegable, y elige la frecuencia que prefieras. Recuerda hacer un clic en Modificar Preferencias de email para guardar tus cambios.

Si alguien dijo algo que no te agradó, nos gustaría saberlo. Quizás exista un problema que necesita ser solucionado. ¿O tal vez simplemente no tienes tiempo? ¡Todos parecemos andar tan ocupados últimamente!

Querido Antiguo Socio de Freecycle (R):

Gracias por ayudar a hacer de La Red Freecycle la comunidad especial que es.

Ahora que has cancelado tu subscrición, por favor ten en cuenta que el proceso puede tardar hasta tres días. Nos disculpamos por la demora. Intentar cancelar tu suscripción o modificar tu configuración para “anuncios especiales” o cualquier otra modificación, generalmente retarda el proceso aún más (agrégale un día por cada modificación adicional).

Mejor consejo: sonríe y sopórtalo, y estarás libre para continuar con tu vida más allá de nuestra pequeña comunidad online. De haber algo que hubiéramos podido hacer para mejorar tu estadía junto a nosotros, por favor responde este email y háznoslo saber. Tu email será respondido por los moderadores del grupo.

Example #3 - Farewell Letter - Yahoo Groups

Dear Freecycle(R) Alumnus!

We certainly hate to see you leave the group. Is there something we can do to change your mind?

If you could let us know the reason, maybe there's something we could do. If you were getting too much mail, we want to make sure you know that you have the option of getting the Digest version (which brings up to 25 posts in one email) or the "special notices" version which would allow you to just read the posts on the home page (instead of receiving individual messages).

If you would like to try one of those options, please rejoin and make the appropriate changes to your settings. If someone said something that did not agree with you, we would like to know about it. Perhaps there's a problem that needs to be resolved.

Or maybe you just didn't have time? We all seem to be so busy these days! If you'd like to come back to the group on "special notices" and just visit occasionally, you're more than welcome to do so.

Whatever the reason, we thank you for visiting us, and invite you back whenever you can stop by. The doors of Freecycle are always open to you!

Example #4 - Farewell Letter - Yahoo Groups

Dear Freecycle(R) Alumnus,

We're sorry to see you leave. Thank you for having helped make The Freecycle Network(R) the special thing that it is.

We always wonder why people choose to leave the group.

- Were you not sure what to give away?<br>
- Did you think you had nothing more to give?<br>
- Did you get frustrated?<br>
- Were there too many emails?

We would love to hear from you what reasons you have for leaving. If it is something that can be resolved to maintain your membership, we would be glad to have you back.

For example, too many emails can be resolved by changing to Daily Digest from Individual Emails!!! One email per day versus dozens!!

Please email us at XXX-owner@yahoogroups.com and let us know what prompted your leaving the group. If we can help you solve it, we will.

If not, your feedback is still valuable to us. Now that you have unsubscribed, please realize that it can take Yahoo Groups up to 3 days to process... our sincere apologies for the delay.
