USING THE FREECYCLE LIST:

After joining your local group, to post a message, send an email to your local group's yahoo address or click on "messages" at the local Freecycle group web site. You can find your local group by clicking here and locating your group according to the region where you live.

UNSUBSCRIBING:

YAHOO: To unsubscribe, send an email to the unsubscribe address noted at the bottom of each e-mail from your local group. It'll look something like this blahblahblah-unsubscribe@yahoogroups.com (this of course is not an actual unsubscribe address).

MY.FREECYCLE: To unsubscribe from the Freecycle.org live group, please visit http://my.freecycle.org Login with your username and password and click the "My Groups" tab.

From there, click on the "settings" button for the group, then click on the Leave this group button. This will unsubscribe you from the local group.

If you wish to leave Freecycle completely, please continue to remove all the local groups under your My Groups tab until you are a member of "zero" groups, then click on the MyInfo tab and then click on delete account to remove your Freecycle account membership.
