Getting Help

Members

  1. For questions about your local group, please write to the moderators.
    If your group is hosted on My.Freecycle, you will address your email this way: groupname@mods.freecycle.org
    This address can be found at the top of the group home page, next to the member count.
    If your group is hosted on Yahoo, you will address your e-mail this way: GroupName-owner@yahoogroups.com
    This address can be found at the bottom of the group's home page.
  2. For questions or concerns not addressed in the wiki, please write to the help@freecycle.org address, making certain to add your group name, the area or state and the country in which you reside. All e-mails are forwarded to the appropriate team and will be handled in a timely manner.
  3. If you are experiencing technical difficulties (log in or password problems) on the Freecycle site, please write to myfreecyclesupport@freecycle.org
    The Freecycle Administration Team will be happy to assist you.
