Forgot Password - Or Freecycle I.D.

If you are experiencing technical difficulties (log in or password problems) on the Freecycle site, you have a few options available to you. Here is the web site once again: http://my.freecycle.org/

The first step is to make certain your 'cookies' are not stale. So let's get rid of the old ones and make some new ones.

Here is a link that tells you how to do this.

Follow the instructions for the Internet browser that you use.

Then..... request a temporary password from here: http://my.freecycle.org/

Scroll down to the portion that states "I'm not sure if I can": Forgotten.png

If you have forgotten your username, click on the first link. If you have forgotten your password, click on the next link.
